Our return policy is simple, and we want to assure you that the process goes smoothly.
Here are the steps you need to follow:

  • Notify us within 14 days

Send an email to  info@urbino-casa.com to inform us that you want to return an item.
You will receive instructions regarding the return address for shipping the item.

  • Receipt confirmation

Once the returned product reaches us, we will send you a receipt confirmation email.
The item will be exchanged, or you will receive a refund within 14 days (excluding shipping fees). Please confirm the good condition of the product within two days of signing the package.

  • 14-day trial period

You have 14 days from the date of shipment to decide if you are satisfied with the product.
Returns are only possible for undamaged and complete items that have not been customized to your specific requirements.

  • You cannot return an item if

It is damaged or incomplete.
It is tailored to your specific requirements, except for minor adjustments.
The 14-day trial period has expired.
The product belongs to the “Charity” category or has been visited in the showroom.

  • Incomplete or damaged item

Check immediately upon receiving the item if it is complete and undamaged.
Report any issues within two days of receiving the package.
In the case of transport damage, take photos and send them to  info@urbinocasa.com.

  • Refund

Gift voucher payments will be refunded in the form of a voucher.
Refunds for returns will always be made via bank transfer.
