Description

Its design draws inspiration from Italian Renaissance frames, while the warm, subtly distressed gilt finish gives it depth and a beautifully aged character.

Despite its generous proportions and abundant ornamentation, the frame remains balanced and elegant. Ideal for a portrait, still life or classical subject, and substantial enough to give a smaller artwork a particularly strong presence.

Style: Italian Renaissance-inspired
Materials: Wood with moulded ornaments and a patinated gilt finish
Frame dimensions inside: 40 × 32.5 cm
Frame dimensions outside: 60.5 × 53.5 cm
Depth: 6.5 cm
Period: Probably 1980s
Condition: Excellent vintage condition, with light signs of age that contribute to its character and attractive patina. These do not affect the frame’s structural integrity or decorative character.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
