Description

Dark fir trees frame the view, leading the eye towards the pale, snow-covered summit in the distance. The small figures and warm passages of sunlight bring intimacy to an otherwise imposing Romantic landscape.

We chose this work for its remarkable atmosphere and its balance between grandeur and delicacy. Despite its modest dimensions, the painting possesses considerable depth and presence.

Presented in a more recent wooden frame with warm brown tones and dark ornamental borders, which complements the painting particularly well. Both the artwork and frame are in excellent condition.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
