Description

Fine white curves cross areas of deep black, warm gold and soft ivory, creating a sense of movement and visual rhythm.

Hans Erni was a celebrated Swiss painter, graphic artist and designer, recognised for his elegant linear figures and his distinctive combination of classical subjects with modern abstraction. We chose this work for its sophisticated palette, beautiful details and strong decorative presence.

The work is presented under glass in what is possibly its original 1970s framing, with a beige textile mount, a narrow inner border and a slim gold-toned metal frame.

Ik zocht een aantal lijsten met afwijkende maten voor schilderijen die ik al heel lang in wilde lijsten. Nadat ik contact opgenomen had, vond ik precies wat ik zocht. Een andere lijst werd keurig voor mij op maat gemaakt. Aantrekkelijke prijzen en alles werd keurig verpakt thuis afgeleverd.
