Description

Its stepped profile, projecting corners and symmetrical Renaissance-inspired decoration give the frame a strong, sculptural presence.

The rich, softly aged gold contrasts beautifully with the dark wood, creating an elegant frame particularly suitable for a portrait, still life or small Old Master-style painting.

Style: Renaissance-inspired architectural
Materials: Wood and moulded ornaments with a gilt finish
Frame dimensions inside: 28.5 × 23 cm
Frame dimensions outside: 44 × 38 cm
Depth: 3.5 cm
Period: Late 19th century
Condition: Excellent vintage condition, with a beautiful aged finish and several small chips visible in the photographs. These do not affect the frame’s structural integrity or decorative character.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
